A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE TWO (2) FORD F-250 VEHICLES FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($69,180.00) FROM ALAN JAY FLEET SALES, USING CURRENT PRICING UNDER THE FLORIDA SHERIFF’S OFFICE CONTRACT NOS. 14-12-0904 AND 14-22-0904, WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND WITHOUT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS; DECLARING CERTAIN VEHICLES TO BE OBSOLETE, SURPLUS AND NO FURTHER USE TO THE CITY.
